Our rooms

Rooms are located in the annex attached to our quiet property at Langham Road in Blakeney, Norfolk. We offer self catering accommodation (we are not a B&B!). You are able to cook your own breakfast whenever you like in the kitchen area, which boasts a large oven and microwave. Many of our guests are foodies and enjoy dining at the many great restaurants and eateries found in north Norfolk. If you enjoy cooked English breakfasts we suggest the King's Arms pub in Blakeney, which is a 10 minutes walk away from us.

Access to the rooms in our annex is private, you will have your own key and can come and go as you please. Our rooms are not attached to a large hotel or pub, which is great for those that like to enjoy peace and quiet.

Both rooms are on ground floor level however there are two steps to access our twin beds room (room 2).

Dogs are allowed inside both rooms. Please note we charge £20 extra per booking for cleaning when dogs stay with us.
